Seiously everyone, I have no idea what this is. I am posting a pic on here hoping someone on here knows. As many people as there are here I know someone has to know. It is found in a box of sewing items.So I'm thinking it would be sewing related. But have never seen one before.

It's like 10 inches long.doesn't open.Its light weight. That blue thing on the side is like a clamp you slide over something. But thats all I can tell you besides what you see in the pic.

Ummmm,looks a little like a clip on light fixture! I don't know...when will you tell us?
