My daughter (also in the Army) has a friend from her unit, and he has recently diploid. My daughter, who thinks that we make up a quilt over night  has asked me to "whip up" a quilt real fast so that she can send it to her friend. He has said that it is quilt cold over there. So this is what I "whipped up" for him.
Just wanted to share with all of you. This is the entire quilt, without the binding. This shows the quilting and the border. This is what is on the back. |

When you whip something up, you do it with style! Great quilt.

If you've gotta "whip up something", there's nothing better than a triple rail for speed. This one is WONDERFUL and he will LOVE, Love, love it!! The stars and backing are truly perfect; no wonder she thinks you can just whip these out, LOL!
