I posted a few montsh back my springy cheater quilt..I actually qulted it and then it hung in LQS until we sold that fabric....just thought I would show how I had chose to quilt it.....Also a cheater quilt for a friend of mine....her neice.....they picked out the material which happened to be a cheater fabric..so easy peasy added borders ...all done..just needs binding

I LOVE that second one! The colors are wonderful...but the vines make the quilt. What a great quilt. And the quilting is so pretty. Nice job :)

After you quilted them, it's hard to tell the difference! I have a couple of old ones I might drag out and quilt them...Great job as usual! :thumbup:

love the green/orange...sure could have fool me from this distance that it was a cheater's quilt because both of them are very pretty! I love how you put that fancy scroll on one of them too. Is that appliqued?

They are both beautiful, but I do especially like the second deisgn with the stunning vine applique. Would never have recognized the "cheater" part.
