I love her patterns but they really have a lot of pieces. I understand she designed them and her Engineer husband created the patterns. Hence the many pieces that create her "look".

Your quilt is gorgeous! I have that book and have been attracted to this particular quilt, but as luvstoquilt said, I am scared to get started. I tend to be a little scatter-brained at times and get distracted (some people call it ADD-lol; I call it nearing sinility). I've not used patterns with so many pieces. I do love the cutting phase but don't know if I can handle it. I have thought of making just one block from one of the patterns and using it as a wall hanging or something.
