Ok here is another of my flowers from the Clover Flower Frill Template. For those of you who are interested if you look up Clover Flower Frill templates there will be a youtube how to video on there that may help.
Be sure to use a heavy duty thread and I find that atleast 20-22 petals work better than 15 on the larger ones. Have not tried the smaller ones yet but thats next on the list. |
pretty. What do you do with them?
|
Am hoping to make a floral arrangement with them or you can use them on headbands, package decorations, etc....
|
that is cool.

Those are very pretty. Looks like something I used to make years ago with tissue/crepe paper. I love them with fabric. Thanks for sharing.

Very pretty. May have to make a run to JoAnn tonight.

Very fun! Looks great!
Looking forward to seeing a bouquet! |
Just bought this in Paducah, haven't had time to play with it yet. Will check youtube, thanks for the tip. I love your flower.

Pretty fower--I love the colors. Going to youtube now to watch it. Thanks for sharing.

Just watched the video (the four minute one) of the demonstration at a quilt show by the Clover rep. I can think of so many ways that these could be used since they are available in four sizes. Wouldn't it be cute on a baby or little girl or even adult headband. Embellish little girl clothes. My mind it going to town on all the fun ways I'm going to use this. Thanks again!

you are so welcome. they are actually very easy to make even without the templates. I am having a blast making mine.

I was imagining a beautiful quilt :-) I've seen 3-D quilts with flowers....this would work for those, I'm sure. (Not that I'm looking for another project)
