Another planet quilt

1 Attachment(s)
I just finished the top of a second planet quilt. (I had two different planet fabrics, both that I loved.) It is a Warm Wishes pattern, and I am quite pleased with it. (It is for me. I am very fond of the planets...:))

I have just switched from using a Mac laptop to using a PC, so this is also an experiment to see if I can attach a picture here. My fingers are crossed, as I am no way close to being good at computers. If no picture appears....well, I will just keep trying. (I think I did it...everything looked different than I am used to.)

Thanks for looking.

Dina, you have done it again. I love the planets too, astronomy was my favorite subject in school. You are truly an artist.

What a great quilt. I love the planets too and I am really amazed at the pictures of the real galaxy when I look at them on line. So much color and fantastic formations! Like these...

Thanks, Josie. Astronomy was my first major in college, until I figured out I couldn't afford to go seven or eight years, which are really necessary to be an astronomer. I loved being an English teacher, my second choice, but the night sky still calls to me. :)

Thanks, everyone, for the sweet comments.

I didn't know you were an English teacher! I agree....yay for us. :) I loved most of the 39 years that I taught 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th graders. It was only state testing that made any of it not fun.

How neat to have an uncle who was a prof of physics and astronomy. The stuff of my dreams.....
