Thank you to everyone that has posted pics of quilt shows. They are so much fun to visit via the computer.

The Redwood Empire Quilt Guild's bi-annual quilt show is this week-end in Eureka, California. My sister-in-law and I visited early this morning. WOW! There are some very excellent quilts being shown.

I've posted over 200 photos of the quilt show. I hope you can find the time to go and enjoy the quilts. So much inspiration! Time for me to get back into the quilt room. (as soon as the visiting kids and grandkids go home!)

Great pictures, thanks for taking us there via computer! How on earth could anyone choose a favourite, or even judge which was best. So many different styles and colourways....inspiring but a bit daunting too!

I'm glad you all are enjoying the quilt show. It was really very spectacular. The colors were much more vibrant than the pictures show.

They ask everyone to fill out a form for the "viewer's choice" or 'best of show" award. I told them no way was I going to put myself through that stress! No way! Every time you thought you'd found the greatest quilt you'd turn a corner and find something every bit as wonderful.

We had way too much fun today!
