Has anyone come up with the name of the pattern?

Beautiful quilt and quilting! I need to get my "rear in gear" and do something like this. I love it!

Stunning! The piecing and quilting are both awesome!

Maybe this could be inspiration for coming up with a pattern.

I am not sure if Doris used a pattern. But I'm am trying to find out a patter name. The small very light 4-patch units could be strip pieced using 2 inch cut strips of the light (white) fabric as the 4-patch measures 3 inches square (finished). I would probably piece several the the 4-patch units together, place on a design wall and fill in with scraps cut 3 1/2 inch squares and 6 1/2 inch squares.
