Good morning everyone,
yep I said it....yet another tshirt quilt top. I love the history and memories that come with them. Definitely the season with graduations and all. :)

That is really great. I love how your sashing fabric ties everything together.
I've got a tee shirt quilt in the works, for someone special graduating next June!

That's really nice looking. I was wondering about these quilts, do people usually use new t shirts?? I have some cool older ones, but they are pretty used and the decals(?) have cracked, but have loads of memories.

Use the older ones - they will be that much cooler in a quilt!

Looks great! I will bookmark for inspiration.

I keep saying I'm going to make one of these some day...
well I decided I'm going to make one for MYSELF using all the tshirts I purchased to support my kids while they were in high school. Luckily they're like new.

PJACO - sorry to hear your special memory tshirts are cracked. I'd probably say USE THEM - they were worn and loved.

Nicely done, love your sashing choice!

I have made quite a few this year for people and they love the ones with the used up old shirts. It has more memories in them then. :) So keep the old ones and definitely make a quilt. It will be loved. :)

I just loved your T-shirt quilt. How did you learn to make one? I need help. My Son sent me several AF T-shirts and wants a quilt. I would love to make him one prior to Xmas. Any suggestions? Did you use stabilizer? Is there a website you learned from to accomplish this beautiful quilt you made. Thanks bevlinsley at gmail dot com
