It looks like one of the Chinese singer 15 clones... There are a lot of them coming up on Ebay. Pretty, but not old.

Perhaps one of the many Japanese 15 clones. It is very pretty.

It looks like a reproduction. I would pass and look for a real vintage singer in the $40-$50 that is intact, working and has a case. Try Craig's List. I got a vintage Singer 15-91 in cabinet from Craig's List.

I did another search and found this one.. though doesn't have a case... Also found an oak table with the cast iron bottom...
