I made this little purse for a lifelong friend of mine. Her birthday is Thursday. I sat looking at my calendar this afternoon and panicked! I didn't have anything for her birthday, and then I remembered how fast this purse goes together. So I whippped it up.

I have to say I'm very proud of myself. This is the second purse I've made, and there's no real pattern to it. I just kind of did my own thing and I think the results are fantastic!

Thanks! It is a funny shape when I pull the zipper closed, but you know what, it's functional, and maybe I'm the only one that sees the flaws! lol Now I'm working on three little baby doll quilts to send with it for her three little girls. I always wanted something to open and play with when my mom got packages, so I'm sending these along for them!
