I love it and with time you will again. Did you use invisible thread? I love doing that type of applique..........time consuming as it is. Just finished fusing McKenna Ryan's Home Tweet Home and just waiting on the fabric for the sashing and borders before I can quilt.

I didn't use invisible thread, I used variegated thread - I have lots of it ... I won't be doing another of this type tho!

Thanks all ... it was fun for some parts, but there were just too many little pieces to applique that I was getting annoyed!

But yes, I do enjoy looking at it now!

So many pieces and tiny stitches...I would never even attempt it.

A beautiful finish...looks like a labor of love. It will be a treasure for years to come.

I wish that I had only done the center. Yours is lovely. The blocks weren't too awful to do. The borders drove me crazy though. So darned many birds!!
