This time it has an Oriental theme. :)

Henry, I think this is the best one you've done. Superb job! Very, Very Stylish. Perhaps there's some specialist cooking stores who could do with some of your work...at a very high price of course!

sewaholic 09-10-2009 12:49 AM

I think you have definately got the hang of them nowl

Quilt4u 09-10-2009 01:31 AM

I like. Great job.

reneebobby 09-10-2009 03:23 AM

Your just whipping them out like there is no tomorrow. Great job.

Mousie 09-10-2009 04:00 AM

Now that's what I'm talking about!!!
wow, wish I still had that figure
Might be a little cooking going on, with that gift, but that's too pretty to make dinner in

Bevanger 09-10-2009 04:04 AM

Fantastic!!!

Justquilting 09-10-2009 04:34 AM

Love it!!
Beautiful...too nice to spill anything on!!

pocoellie 09-10-2009 04:36 AM

Great looking apron, Henry!!

MollieSue 09-10-2009 06:35 AM

Beautiful apron, Henry!! I agree it would sell easily, maybe some stores would carry a few of them near you?

dunster 09-10-2009 07:40 AM

Henry, you're shaming me into starting the *one* apron that I need to make. My daughter asked for one for her birthday, which is in late November. I've been putting it off because I don't sew, at least not since she was a toddler - I just quilt. I'm not sure she knows the difference, and she really wants me to make her an apron... I like the pattern you used too.

bearisgray 09-10-2009 07:46 AM

It's cute. Is it washable?

No this one is spot clean only with a mild detergent and warm water.

This is your apron to greet guests at the door and to wear while entertaining. This is not one you would wear to cook things in.

I need the heavy-duty ones - that are dunkable!

Okay not exactly an apron. I made this little baby dress today and didnt know where to put it at on here so I just tacked it onto this thread seeing as how this is the only one I am ever gonna make. This one gave me so many problems i almost ripped it to shreds out of frustration.

So I will never make one of these ever again.

Wow. Very fancy! Kinda cocktailish/partyish. I like it! I agree, I think you should try to sell these at a high end cook shop.

joeyoz 09-10-2009 07:58 PM

It's a wonderful baby dress. I'm glad you didn't rip it out.

Thanks. But it was just so nerve wracking to make it. Sewing isnt supposed to give me more stress....LOL :)
