Aren't these cute panels?

I saw them online at Hancock's Fabrics (not to be confused with Hancocks of Paducah), but didn't want to pay for shipping. Then I had a reason to travel to a city that has a Hancock's and found the panels there, so what could I do but buy them? I'm kicking around the idea of hand quilting them.

What fun panels. I have toyed several times with putting borders around the whole cloth , but not making the panel be in the very center.... One side and bottom might have a finished 8 inch border or sashing, while the top and remaining side has only 5 inches. It has a fun look. It won't work for those that like everything to be symmetrical however. Love the panels though...
|
Yes, nice panels. Should be interesting to see the final project.
|
I like to hand quilt panels, so that the pictures stands out, and they make wonderful baby shower gifts. I like your panels, would love to see them when you finish.
