Oh! Wow! I love what you have done there. And under your time limit! I bow to the woman! The japanese laterns are great! Is that a smaller pattern of them in the other blocks? Nice thinking!

Beautiful quilt! I've always been interested in Asian quilts--my daughterhas her Bachelor's degree in Asian Studies with a Japanese minor, and lived in Japan for awhile as part of her studies. We also have a DIL who is Chinese, having come to the USA when she was about 5 or 6.
