Absolutely amazing ... all that itty-bitty work, by hand no-less!

Perfect way to show the tri's ....... what an inspiration for a wall hanging or topper.

Awesome collection. Would love to see them when done.

Love your colors - your blocks are wonderful. I did all the prep work for making this quilt and then never actually cut the fabric. You make me want to go back to it!

Congratulations!! I applaud your determination and "sticktoitivenus". I was in a Dear Jane group for five years and only made three blocks! Just loved the socializing with my friends. We even traveled to Vermont to see Jane Stickles quilt at the museum. Once again I applaud you!

You have done a great job...

Pennyhal 03-18-2016 10:04 AM

What an amazing accomplishment! I've been thinking about tackling that quilt, but it probably take me much longer than 4 years.

oma66 03-18-2016 11:50 AM

It boggles my mind the amount of work that you have put into this quilt and still more to be done. Very impressive to say the least.

sinceresissy 03-19-2016 03:45 AM

You deserve a gold medal. I will be interested how you hand quilt it. The blocks are lovely.

QM 03-19-2016 04:15 AM

You did a fine job and deserve to be proud of it. I don't believe, however, that your first hand quilting should be on something that took you 4 years to finish. I would suggest that you either put it aside for a while, or be contented with machine quilting. After all, machine quilting has been around (in my family as least) for over a hundred years, machine piecing over 150.

holy cannoli! that is awesome!(in the original sense of the word😉)
