This is what I have been working on this week. I need to put the closure on it yet, then it will be done. I love it!

Dawn, Did you use a sweatshirt,one or two size bigger?? The sleeves hang waydown in the under arm area when I put on a shirt 2x larger. Does a jacket do the same??? Tinker

Yes the underarm is looser. I bought a large, washed it in hot water to shrink it 1st. I did not do anything to the sleeves (except the cuff) because I wanted it roomy. Always buy a size larger because they so shrink up a little when stitching on them. I cut off the band and that made it shorter so I added batting to lengthen it. You could taper the underarm if you don't want it that loose. |
