A Baby Blanket
 

A good friend, whom I used to teach with, came to town to introduce us to her husband and her beautiful baby. I wanted to come up with something special, but quick for the baby and something that would remind her of this trip even though she won't remember a thing since she is only three months old. Hopefully, the baby will be able to grow into this gift. This is one of my favorites.

She will love it at first because it is hers. She will love it later for the designs in the flowers. She will love it, in the end, most for the love stitched into it.

You seem to have quite the knack for coming up with great hand-made gifts at the very last minute.

This quilt is ADORABLE.
