Baby blanket....what thread would you use?
 

I am making a small baby blanket from left over squares from my son's YBR. What color of thread would I use to quilt it with. (Backing will be black) I just got my darning foot today and hoping that by the time this is sandwiched together, I will have sufficient practice to stipple it.

I think I would use a silver. It would look good on the black backing and anything darker wouldn't look good on the front. I'm sure it will be pretty however you decide to quilt it. It is very nice and I like the colors.

I like the silver idea, too - would be sharp in that color.
