I made this pretty baby quilt but when I loaded it on my frame I left myself short on my backing as I put my top down too far at the start. How I didn't notice I don't know but hey we learn by our mistakes.

Beautiful, you will be the only one that knows there was a problem:)

You did learn. But why do we have to learn the hard way.

It is a darling quilt

Looks like the head quilt inspector likes it.

Is there enough room to add more to it? Take some extra material and sew it to the backing. Its not easy but it is do-able I have had to unpin the bottom of my quilts from my long arm and sew on an extension. I place my sewing machine on a cabinet that rolls or an ironing board at the same level of the quilting frame so I can just move the sewing machine than the quilt. Good luck!
