Baby quilt for co-worker
 

I use baby quilts to try out new techniques. This one included applique, which is something I don't do well. The chevrons were also interesting to figure out but really easy to sew. The pattern is from "Cute Quilts for Kids" by Kristen Roylance.

It looks fine to me, really cute for a baby. I love applique but didn't do great at first. Just keep practising because I can assure you you will be delighted as in each quilt you see improvements. You can also do practise blocks then put them together.
