My sister-in-law couldn't find the label of a quilt given by her aunt. It was a sampler and along a Dresden blade. I've done labels along the binding. My friend varies her placements with the label often broken up and she photographs. That was how she was able to locate one of hers which was stolen. She used a slightly darker thread (variegated). Showed up for sale in another quilt shop next town over.

I had to check your previous thread because I thought I had seen this quilt before. What a difference in changing the green! I liked the first version but your final version is awesome.

I love the different color borders and your stripe binding. Sure look like a happy quilt. I didn't know there was a right side to put a label. Congrats on a perfect baby quilt sure to be enjoyed for years and years.
