Here's the baby quilt I made for my friends new grand baby.

I used charm packs for the blocks and did simple quilting.

It's the 1st baby one I've made. I started it on Aug. 9th and finished it on the 21st. I still don't believe I got it done that fast.

There is something to be said about doing a smaller quilt. You see the end results much faster.

Very sweet! Bablies love bright colors so this will be a winner! Your quilting on the pink borders is very nice. Isn't it called the Baptist Fan?

Theresa, I'm not sure what the quilting is called. I used a June Taylor "Around the Block" stencil that was 8"x8" and just fiddled with the spacing. It was fun to make.

My friend has to send it off to TX now.

The baby will learn its colors with that quilt also.
