as one who has been there, done that, those are beautiful! I love to play with fondant, you can make anything! its just playing with edible playdoh! :) she's good when she can repair onsite. Some don't prepare for that, but I am always scared of getting into an accident on the way to the delivery site. I always have an extra cake, and icing, etc. I am sure she had the same arsenal! :) Nice, she does great work!

White bakery cake is something I crave, don't get it often but I crave it just the same. never had fondant but betcha I would love it too. Beautiful cakes!
