Thank ALL of YOU for the compliments! We took the quilt to Chicago over the weekend and gave it to Lincoln. I'm posting two more pictures, but they're only slightly more close-up than the first one. I used varigated floss that has light, medium, and dark colors, so in the pictures it looks like there are faded places in the embroidery.

So very cute!! The binding really sets it off!

I love it and just think how very proud Lincoln will be.
