Baby quilt number 2- owls
 

This is going to the big sister of the baby i made the ocean baby bargello for. It's owls and pinks and yellows. This is my go to pattern for baby/toddler quilts. I hand quilted simple straight lines 1/4" from my seams, and around the machine appliquéd letters. I also hand quilted a few modern flowers on either side of the name strip to add a little something in the open space. The backing is a blizzard fleece that matches the main owl fabric.

Thank you! The owl and matching fleece is from joann's. i think the others i used are too...found them in my stash and judging by the length of yardage on my mini bolts i didn't buy them online :)
