A baby quilt for Sophia
 

I made this quilt with just a sheet between the two outer layers so it would be cooler during our hot summers. I named this "Lucky "Lady" Bugs for Sophia" who is a friends 8 month old daughter. I am apprently not using the correct backing when doing the embroidery because it puckered 3 of the four squares with the ladybugs.

I still like it and am pleased. She gets it next week!

Love the quilt -- I did a lady bug quilt for my youngest granddaughter, those make such 'happy' quilts, don't they? You did a wonderful job on the quilt...it will be loved for many years, I'm sure!
