No it wasn't hard to do. I was surprised at how easy it actually was. I went to YouTube & checked out the Missouri Quilt Co's video on scalloped edges. She used a ruler, but my quilt was almost the same size as her's & I used her math in figuring out how many scallops. The hardest thing was deciding how to make the cardboard template.

Check out YouTube's video with Missouri Quilt Co for scalloped edges. They suggest that you cut your binding on the bias and so I found another YouTube video to show me the way to do that. There were a few people showing that and I chose the one where the lady has a 45" square piece of fabric. The binding has more stretch and makes it easier to go around the scallops. I could have used that on a Star Spin Table Topper a few months ago...ha.

Is that hard to put the binding on the edges when they are scalloped? I think the quilt is so cute and it is simple but still looks so like a baby quilt. I think it is darling, I wish I would have seen that before I finished mine.Nice colors too.
