Kool quilt. It looks like a twist on the "Rail Fence". BrendaK

What a beautiful quilt - just perfect!
I have been quilting for about the same length of time as you. I decided a few months ago that having fun with fabrics is more important to me than mastering difficult blocks - although I do like to challenge myself with a new quilting skill every now and again. My craft room is my haven and quilting is my therapy. |
Very nice job! Sure to be loved, dragged around, laid on and under. Glad you are enjoying quilting. That’s what it’s all about.

The quilt is awesome. It looks like lots of progress has taken place. Most importantly, you have enjoyed it. We all experience ups and downs in our growth process-some are our own doing and others are not. We need to take them all in stride, learn from them, and move on. Sometimes it requires us to back up and re-do something. But, sometimes, it is better to just abandon the project, and, move on. Keep up the great work and enjoy it.

Does pattern have a name ? Very nice !

Great job. My first quilt was a grandbaby quilt too but it sure didn't turn out like yours. I look forward to seeing your next quilt.

That's real nice--lucky baby!

That's lovely! You really are not a beginner from the looks of that quilt. And the fact that you're enjoying yourself is the most important thing!
Can't wait to see more of your work! :) |
You did a fantastic job and I like your fabric choices. Gabe will love it!

Looks very nice! Enjoy the process.
