Here is the baby quilt for my bff who moved to Portland from MN almost 2 years ago (I'm still mad at her). Ian is their surprise baby: after 6 years of infertility and finally having twins through adopting embryos (http://www.nightlight.org/adoption-s...o/default.aspx), Ian was conceived au naturale and born when the twins were 20 months old! I have named the quilt "Number Four" because they also have a 9 year old son born before the infertility issues.
Also, here is the link to the thread about the twins' quilts...ignore the sewing room pictures, they are outdated! http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-10248-1.htm All i have to do on Ian's quilt is put on the binding, which I had better do quickly because they are in town visiting right now and leave on Friday! That is just darling. I love the applique you did. Cute furry babies. I'm sure they are going to love it. I'm glad you shared their story with us. Ian is their miracle baby. Thanks for sharing with us.
