This is for my cousin who is having a baby soon. The minky and flannel make it very soft.
My cousin has always collected ostriches. So, I was excited when I found the embroidery of the ostrich and it's egg. I can't wait to give it to her and the baby. :)

Minky is a very soft, fluffy, cuddly fabric. It's kind of a pain to work with when using it in a quilt because it stretches a lot. It also is a little messy when cut, but it sure makes a cuddly quilt. :)
