Went to the fabric store today to get fabric for the three baby quilts I will be making for my neices. All boys. Had a great time and even found some yellow that might work for my star blocks. Haven't decided on a pattern for the baby quilt. Any suggestions?

I have wanted to do a kaleidoscope but I am a little intimidated. Maybe I will be brave and try it.

I have a friend who just made one using the turning twenty method. Turned out beautiful.
I make all of mine using the flip and sew method. I sometimes have to fussy cut the strips to get the characters. I have sold some and given a number away. They are very different and the moms love them. I use 9 12" blocks. I fold it tightly and tie with tie made from the material. These are the perfect size to take anywhere. My friends keep them in their car and take them where ever they go.
Enough from me!
