Love them! I've never been a purse person, but I'm getting there by seeing all the great bags being made. I even bought a pattern at the sewing show in Novi Michigan yesterday.

The bags are all beautiful, my favourite is the second last one,with the little matching bag as well.

I love these bags, I just saw this same pattern on one of the quilting blogs and thought how cute it was. Your bags are actually way cuter than what I saw. I am not familiar with your interfacing, I will have to check them out. I also try different types of material for my purses, I have found that heavy curtain fabric works really well as well as lightweight upholstry fabric. I have found most of this fabric at thrift stores and was even given some free at a yard sale. Made 3 purses from free fabric and they turned out fantastic !! Thanks so much for showing your purses.

I love the purses. I keep thinking I'll try making myself one, but between the dolls and knitting, I keep running out of hours....like you said...someday. I want to make one with a zipper closure and quilted if I ever find the time. You did a good job. Thank you for sharing the pictures.

Have you tried " Soft & Stable" this is a new product they are using for bags. It's thinner and not bulky, but makes the bags stand up really nice.
