Many thanks. I had a great deal of fun choosing the fabric, got real nervous before I started, I was told you never know how they will work together until you start piecing.

My first full sized quilt was a bargello too! Yours is fabulous. Great job. I didn't know how to quilt at all when I did it. I think just about every seam was sewn twice. It turned out well in the end but there was definitely a steep learning curve!!

Hi Judy. I totally agree. I persevered not to have to many double seams, but at times I didn't know I would ever see the end of it. But we did it, didn't we!!

Hi, just get going, it's fun. The design is very intimidating, but the sewing is not so bad. The smaller strips always a bit tricky. I was told by a professional quilter that I should have pressed open the seams, given the number. But I did it the proper way, I pressed all the seams to opposite sides, a bit bulky, I really don't mind it. Good luck.
