He retired from the Navy, 20 yrs of service, on this past Friday. He finally received the quilt I made and was very emotional when he opened it. He said that he was definitely going to be hanging this one on the wall and gave me a hug for it. I was so proud and it made me feel good that he loved it :)

That is an awesome quilt. I am so glad he is appreciative of the wonderful quilt. We put a lot of thought into these things along with money and time. But isn't it the best when they are just stunned when they see them
