Love this one. I really like seeing them as I drive along the
highways, & I think everyone else does too. While traveling in Iowa this weekend, we saw two at the same farm -- one on the house & one on the garage/barn. |
Bring artistic & crafty is still the same, no matter what 'technique' is used. They did a beautiful job!!!!

I love pictures I've seen of the barn quilts. I hope the idea continues to grow. We have several dairy barns in our area just begging to be decorated.

Dad cut the wood, I drew the design, and she, who loves to paint, chose the colors and did the painting. We had a really fun day when she came out and sat with me in my sewing room...me with my fabrics and her with her crayons. Oh wow, very pretty..I am in western ky right now too.. we have a place near new concord on the lake. I love looking for the barn quilts.
