Here are some pics of the wall hanging I made with the basket panel I have. The plain panel has lines to help do the top stitching, but I also did a lot of free hand extra quilting on it.
I used three different colors of threads on the top, one for the bobbin color. I then added the butterflies for a semi 3-D effect. Longarm work done on my Nolting Fun Quilter. All free hand. I do need to clarify on the free hand quilting. The basket lines were done using a ruler as a guide. It was my first attempt at using a ruler. But it was fun and I know I will use it more often.
