I made this for a friend.. she has been a Longaburger consultant FOREVER.... I asked for her samples so SOMEDAY I could find the RIGHT pattern and make her a SPECIAL quilt .. well it took me 2 years of hunting but I found the RIGHT pattern to do the fabrics justice... It is in the mail and she should get it TODAY.... I made a little one for her mother...

This was my first time Echo quilting... umm not my forte.. but HEY we alll gotta start somewhere... I will get better at this longarming stuff in due time.....

oh how lovely!! Am a basket collector too - sadly no Longaberger baskets - and they don't ship to Australia! I have a friend who receives 2 little baskets a year for her twin boys from a special friend in the States for Christmas! She has a gorgeous collection - wish I had a friend like that ;)
