I really like your quilt and hope your DIL will like it also. When I was 50 I thought of it as the half-way point. Our children were raised and on their own and we could think about doing our own thing. It has been great since 50 and we are still going strong=now past 75!

Ladies those are beautiful quilts. I found the colour placement challenging I was always taking to the sewing machine and getting them turned around . I made one with batiks also
