Nce work on all of them!!! Love the piano!!!

Those are lovely quilts and quilting! The rug must have been very difficult, even without the pinning. It is lovely, sorry the class wasn't so good. I hope you don't let the class put you off from tying another rug !

I agree with the writer who said it is too nice to stand on. Looks like it was worth the pain.

what a great job. I
love the rug

I know you didn't like the methd of making that rug, and I can certainly understand why, but did you also have to buy the book for the pattern. I loved your rug so much, I looked it up and on Amazon, and new book is $97, and used is $32. There are only 13 patterns in that book. That is way out of sight as far as I'm concerned. Also, if she taught the class without you buying a pattern/book, there were probably some copywright infringements going on there. Just a thought.

All very nice. Love the aqua and brown colors together. Now I want to do something in those colors. Now I have an excuise to go fabric shopping. ( I lied ... no excuise needed) lol

Looks like someone enjoys putting free motion quilting to the test on designs. nice job.

I bought the cotton theory video, and gave it away. No way I would be using that technique.

You did good girl, great quilts and quilting.

"Are We There Yet?" Yes, I think that you are. That is sooooooooooooooo pretty. Love the colors. I haven't ever see this pattern before. Don't now which I love best, the first or the last. I think it's a tie. As for the rug, I could never lay that one down on the floor. Everything is so beautiful.

Your projects are just beautiful!

For all your hard work, the rug is absolutely gorgeous, and so are the quilts.

You've done a truly wonderful job on these!! I love the piano quilting. My DGD said to tell you she likes it too. In fact she hollered AWESOME when she saw it.

Holy Cow! Yes, I did have to buy the book, but I think it might have been under $25. I don't remember what I paid - certainly not $97!

All are very pretty. I love the fabrics in the minky quilt and your Mom's quilt is beautiful.

Beautiful quilts

BSKTLOFR-QUILTER 12-28-2011 09:03 PM

Wonderful collection. The rug is gorgeous however I don't think I will be making one. Thanks for the tip.

JJean 12-28-2011 10:11 PM

Wow! I love it all---especially the piano!

jansquiltn 12-29-2011 02:04 AM

Liked it all. I'm sure that I wouldn't be able to do a rug. Arthritis, too many broken fingers from sports.

AUQuilter 12-29-2011 02:59 AM

Beautiful quilts and the rug is great!

blondeslave 12-29-2011 07:46 AM

Beautiful work!

coastienest 12-29-2011 07:56 AM

They are all beautiful.
I made my 2 year old grandson a minkie blankie with the monkeys in browns and oranges for his birthday 2 weeks ago. WHen he opened the box he yelled and rubbed his face into it and wouldn't let anyone take it from him. I can see why you and your litle niece love it so much.
The rug is gorgeous and I agree with Tartan that after all that work and pain I wouldn't let anyone step on it either.
Your FMQ looks great. What a great mom you have for financing the machine for you. I'd make her anything she wanted too.
Happy New year.
