Beachlady sent me this star with a picture of how she wanted it quilted....

it looked easy enough ..but I think I was a bit nervous trying to make it look exactly like the picture :|

but all in all I think it turned out well.

There were kind of like half feathers in each row of the star and then feathers every where else...

She pieced this beautifully!

I quilted it all freehand on my INNOVA. NO computer or pantograph quilting.

The quilting design is perfect for this quilt! The half-feathers emphasize the outward movement of the star beautifully!

Love it, The quilt is beautiful and the machine quilting is wonderful. I love to be as great of a machine quilter as you someday. Did you take class? I would love to come and watch you machine quilt.
