My quilt is finally finished-I posted a picture many months ago, but it is now quilted and finished, and packed in my bag ready to give to my sister. I am flying out to NZ early tomorrow for a month. My sister has no idea she is getting this quilt so will be a surprise. It was supposed to be her wedding quilt which should have been finished a year ago and another quilt was made instead. She has no idea that she is also getting this one as well. Best wishes to all braving the cold and snowstorms over there-we were in Cyclone mode here but Cyclone Dylan crossed the coast yesterday south of here so we were lucky. Catch you all in a month-will miss my daily dose of quilting inspiration probably but hopefully can link up via WiFI on my Kindle Fire. All the best

Great job - I too am glad you finished yours, I started this a couple years ago as well - I cut and pieced all the backround blocks ( enough to make 2 quilts ) and started and completed a few of the designs on the blocks, then put it away to start somthing else... I've thought about maybe offering the book and blocks for sale for someone else to finish. Too many other projects have caught my eye lately!!!!!

Love your Be Attitudes! This was my very first quilt. I finished all the blocks, then put it away for about 6 years. I took it out last summer and decided to put it together. I couldn't believe how wonky my blocks were. I had to add strips of fabric on every block, the cut down to size. I just love it though! Mine is also for my sister. I'm sure your sister is going to love it!

Wonderful! The colors you chose are so pretty. I am just finishing up the quilting on my Be attitudes quilt, it was so much fun to make. I made mine as a block of the month project last year.
