OK I am so very jealous of all the outdoor areas for you guys to sew in and on, and I love the red cardinal, I use to have two red cardinals come back every summer in my bushes in the back yard, but I live in a townhouse so not much of a yard, I do miss those days, maybe when we retire we will be able to purchase something, in the meantime have fun and enjoy the weather. I'm trying not to think about winter.

I envy you it is still cold here in Montana

I should have done the same thing!
|
I'll bet you had a fun day!

What a wonderful, peaceful setting. I don't blame you at all. Great idea.

I just came in from another day outside. Love it.

DO enjoy that beautiful environment. What a wonderful place you have! I would love to have that setup. Outdoors is so nice in good weather. Ours has gone from beautiful Spring, to typical summer in Bakersfield. I wish you many hours of peace in your little haven. Love your yard, the birds, trees and plants. What a blessing.

Did you make the cushions for the chairs? The fabric is beautiful. I recognize the fabric on the swing, I have some of that.
You have a beautiful backyard. I spent all day finishing up planting my front and back yards and now tomorrow while hubby golfs I get to sit outside, listen to XM radio and cross stitch. I don't dare take my quilting outside, I don't have a table to put it on, but I'd sure do some cross stitch or needlepoint while having a cocktail. |
65 to 67 here....not hot not cold,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,JUST PERFECT.....but then that is coastal weather...........don't know why we didn't move here sooner!!

This is a beautiful place to quilt, perfect weather. It is already 90+ here, humidity horrible, so no outside sewing right now, unless you want to drown it while you sew. Love the south, but summers are not fun if you don't like the humidity. Do love the milder winters...can't have everything! Just grateful we don't have the bad storms so many areas experience.
