I loved this so much I came up with an idea and ran with it. I have not completed the quilt yet but I am quilting my "dolls".

I also have a redhead and a brunette. I used thread painting to make their hair, and drew in their faces.

Can't tell by the pictures but the hair is 3-D. I even gave my brunette a Farrah kind of do, lol.
