Bennington quilt show
 

I took a lot of pictures at the quilt show. Unfortunately many of them came out blurred. I think I must have the speed set to slow on my camera or something. Will have to have the DH take a look.

Anyway here are pictures with some blurry ones included. I am attaching the pics rather than embedding them because it is quicker for me. Apologies to those with dial up.

This one was the 1st place Peoples choice. There is no formal judging at Bennington. Just peoples choice which is voted by all the spectators and vendors choice. This quilt was exquisite. all needleturn applique and hand quilted. I am so sorry that my pictures are blurry. Funny thing is that last years 1st place was from this same book and same techniques and many of the same crests used but done in dark bold asian prints. It's picture is at the bottom.
