We just found out that the cross stitch style quilt that Kevin quilted received 1st place and best of show at the Cedar County Fair!!! What a surprise :) Now, the owner is taking it the state fair, and we'll see what happens. Just to have a quilt entered at the State Fair is quite something for us...no matter how it places there, it will definitely be fun to see it with all the other quilts.
