this was a bom but wanted it wider so saw these free bird pattern and thought it turned out good still need some black strips to finish

A long time ago I made one of those birds as a sample block just to see how difficult it would be. Now, seeing what you've done by using them as a border, I think I'll make more because your idea is wonderful! Thanks so much for posting.
