Another kid's quilt for AZB. Believe it or not, it is the same pattern with different colors and arrangement of blocks, as I did on one in September. But I do like this one lots better.

Oops just noticed one of the 4.5" center squares and one of the HSTs are facing the wrong way! Will get that fixed before I turn it in.

It is amazing how different the two quilts look. I think I often turn away from patterns I see because I don't like the colors on the quilt. I'll see the same pattern in a different color way and think... wow, that's a great quilt. Great job on both quilts!

Wow the two tops look totally different amazing how color placement can totally change the appearance of a quilt. I enjoyed looking at both of your quilts and thank you for sharing them.

That’s a beauty! It always amazes me how the same pattern looks so different depending on the fabrics. Both of your quilts are lovely, but this grey one is my fav!

How cool. Is this a pattern called "Nuts and Bolts"? Reminds me of. Somehow I see the nuts and bolts clearly on the other one, the bright scrappy one, but here I see crosses. It's funny how color can make all the difference.
