Love this quilt!

Bargello look complicated, but they are not. I like making them. They are all beautiful too.

That is lovely - it's reminded me I've got a half made B&W bargello somewhere. Couldn't make my mind up about the up and down pattern, took it down from the design wall(Fancy name for flannel sheet pinned to wall!), and haven't looked at it since. Super fast jellyroll first then maybe I'll finish a UFO. Once more thanks to all you generous people.

Very Nice!

I haven't been bitten by the Bargello Bug yet, but this one really is nibbling at me! I love this pattern in black and white! Great job! And I like the idea of a piano key border. I am going to add this to my list of projects for the future.

I agree! Stunning quilt.

Stunning! I agree with a solid black border not too wide.

See, now i say do about a 5 inch border to make it look like a picture frame...the border would be like it's matte (does that make sense)... Bargello's to me are beautiful works of art that need to be showcased in a wide frame...but that is my opinion. I really do love it!!!!

Very striking!

I would do the first one in a white boarder, and the second one done in a black boarder. If that is what you are talking about. God bless. Penny

I think a white with a medium black dot or small allover pattern would really make the quilt sing. I love you black and white fabrics you chose.

WOW - Always did like black and white......... now I know I love it...... I would frame it with a black zinger at Janstar would say...........

Love your Bargello!!!! I agree with whoever said a small black border and then the piano keys...I would miter the border in the corners....but I like the backing corner blocks too. good job! Dani

That turned out great. Theresse

I love the idea of the piano keys too, but I agree with the black border. It will add more class to the already CLASSY quilt. How gorgeous

Didn't think I'd like it when I saw the first photo, but by the time I got to the finished photo..wow, I love it.
