It is called Hollow Cubes. I first saw it at Alicia's Attic booth at the Madison WI quilt expo. It was a baby quilt and I loved it. It took me six years to figure it out.
And it is NOT hard. The most important part is the fabric color placement. And with this method there are no "Y" seams. That makes it easy to put together. I'm thinking of making a tutorial. One of these days! |
